What: AED50 for 5 drinks and 50% off food menu
This slick bar in Media One Hotel is the perfect place for a post work get together with the girls. The interior has some great instagrammable wall art and the outdoor area is perfect for the cooler months. With 50% off the menu and 5 drinks for AED50, it’s my go-to for a low key, chilled get together with the girls.
Favourite thing about this ladies night: the chicken tenders from the bar menu….delicious!
One for the foodies…
Beauty & the beat @ Atelier M, Pier 7
When: Every Tuesday 7pm – late
What: Set dinner and 2 drinks for AED190
Atelier M is one of the most underrated restaurants in Dubai. Not only is the food incredible, but the view of the marina from the gorgeous terrace is something to behold. The menu has everything from Wagyu Steak, to tuna tartare and black cod. Once dinner is finished, head up to the rooftop bar for three more cocktails and you’re in for the perfect ladies night.
Favourite thing about this ladies night: Truffle pizza, perfect with a glass of crisp wine and the spectacular rooftop view
One for the party animals…
The Sinner Party @ STK Downtown, followed by 1OAK
When: Every Sunday 8pm – 4am
What: AED250 for 8 hours of food and drinks
If you’re feeling wild, the STK Sin Sunday’s party is the place to be. Start the night in STK, famous for its delicious steak, live DJ sets and whacky entertainment. Enjoy 7 items from the menu and 7 drinks and watch the night turn up a notch when the performers are let loose, don’t be surprised if you end up dancing on the tables with your napkins in the air.
This ladies night includes free entry to club 1OAK and free drinks if you message @sinsundaysdubai on Instagram.

One to pretend you’re in The Spice Girls…
Girls just want to have fun @ Lucky Voice
When: Every Tuesday 8pm – 1am
What: 3 comp drinks and 30% off food menu
This is the cliché ladies night, wine, popcorn, nachos and karaoke with your best girls. One of my favourite nights out, a private karaoke pod, your own waiter, a delicious menu of food and every single song imaginable on their karaoke system. It’s the ladies night to really let loose and have a good old sing song. My go to karaoke songs are Whitney, Mariah and Shania Twain and all I can say is, thank goodness the pods are soundproof! If you don’t like karaoke, the bar and dancefloor welcomes girlies to dance the night away with in house DJs such as Dane Bowers spinning everything from Michael Jackson to Dua Lipa.

One to impress your visiting friends….
Secret Ladies Night @ Atmosphere followed by club Armani
When: Every Tuesday 9pm – 4am
What: 7 hours of unlimited drinks for AED200!
You know that moment you have friends visiting and they say they want to go up the Burj and you think, ‘noooo, I’ve been there so many times!’? Well this ladies night is the perfect remedy!
Officially the highest ladies night in the world (that’ll impress your mates!), this ladies night has the best of everything, views, food, drinks, entertainment & atmosphere. For 200dhs, there’s unlimited sparkling wine and canapes, but if you’re feeling fancy you can upgrade to 300dhs, which includes cocktails and house beverages. At midnight, head down to Armani Prive, and enjoy unlimited drinks until 3am (if you’re really hardcore). This one is great to dress up, show off Dubai to your friends and have fun on the dancefloor until the early hours.
